Reformer 1 is perfect for beginners...

Reformer 1 is perfect for beginners who are new or “newer” to Pilates, pregnant, have limitations, or those looking to refine their fundamental skills. Reformer 1 will move at a moderate pace and exercises can be modified and tailored to your specific needs. Here you will become familiar with the Reformer along with a variety of apparatuses and/or props to build a Pilates foundation. Class overview: introduction to Pilates, core strengthening, full body workout, focus on flexibility/mobility, mind-body connection, and individual attention from our dedicated instructors. This class is designed for participants of all fitness levels, no experience necessary.

Reformer 1.5 is for participants....

Reformer 1.5 is for participants who feel confident with the basics and are ready to develop their practice. In this class you will move between a moderate and an advanced pace, quicker transitions and more challenging exercise such as planking on the Reformer as well as kneeling and standing work on the carriage. We build upon the foundational principles, delving deeper into the world of Pilates. Class overview: intermediate/advanced reformer exercises, core intensity, balanced muscle development, increased flexibility, mindful movement, and personalized guidance. Encouraged to have 3+ months of regular Pilates practice. This class is not suitable for clients with injuries or pregnant clients.

Athletic Power is a more intense and dynamic approach to Pilates exercises. There is a strong emphasis on strengthening the core muscles and cardiovascular conditioning. Athletic Power incorporates dynamic and functional movements helping to improve coordination, agility, overall performance and enhance endurance. This class will include stretching exercises to improve flexibility and balance/coordination. Class overview: developing core strength, flexibility, and overall body conditioning, with an emphasis on movements. Encouraged to have 3-6 months of regular Pilates practice. This class is not suitable for clients with injuries or pregnant clients.
