Waste water from domestic flow traps, laundries and kitchen outlets are generally called grey water. Typically, grey water may be contaminated with soluble and insoluble impurities like detergent, hair, skin, sand, dirt etc. By proper water analysis and understanding the characteristics of water appropriate grey water treatment systems are designed.
