When you think of the Tarot, you probably think of dark magic or fortune telling. This is not surprising, since divination has been the main focus of Tarot cards for more than two hundred years. In spite of its elevation from the mundane to the mysterious, the primary use for the Tarot remains fortunetelling even in the present day. However, there is another side to Tarot that is little explored by the mainstream and less understood. The cards can be used as helpful tools for healing, insight & ritual ceremonies. We offer Tarot as a tool to help connect you with your own intuition & tune into your unconscious emotional state. The ultimate goal here is to support you in deepening your relationship with self & others.

For thousands of years various cultures have explained physical manifestation with just four or five basic elements or principles. In ancient Western traditions, including astrology, there are said to be four elements: Fire, Earth, Air, & Water (Indian Ayurveda incudes a 5th element ether, which is the source of the other four). While Chinese traditions include metal & wood. For now, we will focus on the below four elements: fire, earth, air & water. These elements are very different to the elements of the Periodic Table. They are not substances but archetypal concepts that cannot exist separately from one another. Fire, earth, air & water are the names given to interdependent forces that combine to form everything that exists; and everything that exists contains all elements in various proportions.

It is the main influence of an element that gives each circumstance its unique character. These circumstances include the 12 Zodiac Signs. Each of the zodiac signs is ruled by an element: Fire, Earth, Air, & Water. And each of the elements is characterized by different strengths and tendencies. But how each star sign is affected by its element is unique to that sign. Although it is the key factor in the sign's character, the dominant element must be considered in combination with other factors, such as the sign's polarity & quality

By understanding the dominant elements in your birth chart, you can gain insights into the soul's potential lessons and growth areas in this lifetime. For example, someone with a strong fire element may have a soul purpose to ignite their passions and express their authentic self, while someone with a strong water element may have a soul purpose to dive deep into their emotions and cultivate spiritual depth. It is important to note that the soul potential is not limited to just one element, as each person's birth chart is unique and complex. The combination of different elements and your interactions within the birth chart provides a more holistic understanding of the soul's evolution and potential in this lifetime.
