Each session is for three hours and the class will never have more than four students so that you can get personalised attention. Who is the course for? Anyone who wants to learn about why they want to take photographs, or to learn how to enhance their images (using Lightroom and Photoshop) and to get away from using their DSLR camera on auto.

My work continues to evolve, and I tend to produce bodies of work around a central theme or idea. These usually relate to personal experiences, places that I have visited or a creative urge to express a thought visually. I have been, for some time, interested in making works about the transience of human life. Often the images that come from this use nature as a metaphor.
Sometimes these works incubate, they lie dormant until I pick them up later and I make images with a fresh insight that I didn’t have when I first took the photographs. I frequently like to blur the borders between what a photograph looks like and other art forms. Photography is my art form, the images that I make are not what I see through the lens of my camera.
