This home is located on a barrier island reached by multiple causeways. Beautiful beaches along the coastline all the way down to Sebastian Inlet. It’s easy to get around here with free parking everywhere and plenty of restaurants, grocery shopping and fun things to do.

Half duplex with its own private front porch & screened back porch.
1 King & 1 queen room both with high-end mattresses, bedding & soft cotton sheets.
1 additional single bed sofa in the queen room and a fold out bed is also available as well as a pack and play crib.
4K TV’s in all rooms, 2 separate work desks – one counter high and one regular. High speed fiber internet.

The renovated kitchen is fully equipped – Hydroviv water filter under the sink, dish washer, microwave with crisper function, coffee maker, K-cup machine, toaster, crockpot, tea pot, pans, bowls, baking sheets, utensils, silverware, china & glasses.

The screened furnished back porch and the the shady hangout at the front door were the BBQ can get rolled out is a really nice feature. Washer/dryer, ironing board, drying rack, beach chairs, umbrella & toys in the garage.

Free easy parking at the front door and the garage can also be used for parking.
Self check in with a combo lock.

4 min to High Tower Beach Park with free parking, bathrooms, boardwalk & observation pavilion. Close to restaurants, Publix, gym and parks.
Rent Canoes/kayaks/paddle boards for a morning ride on the Indian river when the water is calm like a mirror or ride in the evening to experience the beautiful Bioillumination.
Golf carts can also be rented and dropped at the house for fun rides around the town:)

The entire house is for the guests. Free easy parking for 2 cars. Self check in with door combo lock.

Closets with hangers. Iron and ironing board. Cleaning supply – broom, dry/wet mop, vacuum & cleaners are available if needed. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel is provided as well as 1 roll of paper towels & a couple TP rolls.
