This home sits in the much sought out Lake Ida area putting your family less than a mile from both the beach and Atlantic Avenue. Spend your days at our lovely beach or walk to “the Ave” to indulge in fine dining and upscale shopping.

The open concept floor plan features two large living areas with ample seating and space for entertaining . In between both living spaces sits a fully stocked modern kitchen equipped with stainless appliances, granite countertops, and all the kitchenware needed for your family to enjoy. Just off the kitchen is a lovely 6 person dining area.

Freebee, a South Florida-based electric transportation company, will provide the service with GEM (Global Electric Motorcars), which are low-speed, battery-electric vehicles.
