This full-service real estate company, which was founded by Moujan Vahdat, focuses on multi-family development and affordable housing initiatives across New York City's five boroughs.

Promesa Housing Development Fund Corporation

Raul Russi established the funding, which uses the residential redevelopment of the Bronx and surrounding areas of Bronx County to fight neighbourhood tensions and community decay.

The Bridge Inc.

Over 4,000 New Yorkers receive housing and behavioural health services from The Bridge each year through its numerous self-help programmes in the Bronx, Brooklyn, and Manhattan.

Dedicated to alleviate homelessness

Moujan Vahdat has long been recognized for his business skills, and philanthropy, and is committed to the communities he serves.

Dedicated to alleviating the homeless crisis in New York city, Moujan Vahdat has visited homeless shelters and spoken with hundreds of homeless New Yorkers over the past 30 years. He firmly believes that the “mental health dilemma is 100% more prevalent in the people who live in the streets than the shelter population because they cannot navigate the bureaucratic mass of our City government.” “Homelessness is mostly due to poor mental health. It is not only a homeless crisis, but also a mental health crisis. To understand homelessness, we must understand and address mental health,” says Vahdat “We are currently working with other non-profit providers to add new low and affordable housing to the immediate shelter inventory.”

For nearly 10 years, Moujan Vahdat has been working closely with Promesa Housing Development Fund Corporation (Promesa HDFC to provide housing to 46 former homeless adults and 60 children in the Bronx. ELMO Realty Co. also works closely with The Bridge Inc to provide subsidized housing and behavioral health services through 40 programs in the Bronx, Brooklyn, and Manhattan.

Moujan Vahdat has also served as Consul at the Brazilian Consulate in Boca Raton and as Director at St. Mary's Hospital in Passaic, New Jersey.
