BENEFICIAL TRUST SIGNING
When you first receive your trust documents and open them up, the potential number of pages to be signed and notarized looks rather onerous. However, for the purpose of fully executing your trust, we are going to focus only on 4 signature pages and 1 page for your succession plan. The instructions for these pages are as follows:

TRUSTEE'S ACCEPTANCE; GOVERNING LAW; SEVERABILITY
Location- Page 43 -three pages prior to the Divider Tab #2 Settlor will need to sign, and their signature witnessed. Trustee will need to sign, and their signature witnessed.

COMPLIANCE OFFICER'S ACCEPTANCE
Location - Page 45 of PDF but not numbered in the trust book one page prior to the Divider Tab #2
Compliance Offer will need to sign, and their signature witnessed.

APPOINTMENT OF INITIAL TRUSTEE
Location - Page 46 of PDF but not numbered in the trust book - first page after Tab #2 Settlor will need to sign, and their signature witnessed.
Trustee will need to sign, and their signature witnessed. The dates on this page are the current date of signing
