We accept credit/debit card payments, wire transfers, cheques (checks), and PayPal® . Relevant processing fees apply.

We have become well-known in the parts market, and we ship worldwide on a daily basis. We also provide same day international shipping on orders where possible. This is a service we continue to offer from our US, UK and Philippines facilities.

 Parts Rental

Sometimes the need arises for an immediate and temporary solution, and we’re here to provide support. Some of our more expensive parts can be made available for rental at fair rates, which can provide the required relief while your part is out of action.

Inventory Consignment and Representation

If you’re seeking to sell spare parts or clear storage space in your warehouse, then we can work with you. Our inventory already receives international exposure, while our team deals with thousands of enquiries every month. Using our tools and expertise
we can help you to turn your surplus parts  back into cash. We could also store your spares at our facilities on a consignment basis. Please contact us to discuss further.

Parts Exchange Policy

Many rotable components, accessories and instruments are available on an exchange basis, either by standard exchange or with a fixed price. Exchanging your current part drastically reduces the overall cost of a replacement when compared to an outright purchase. You can also find out more about our exchange process here.

Parts Price Match 

We always try to be as competitive as possible and are rarely beaten on price. If you’ve received a better ‘like-for-like’ quote elsewhere then you can take advantage of our Price Match Scheme. Parts Warranty policy

We back our parts sales with a limited guarantee to provide you with some peace of mind.  Where available we will also supply a replacement component. New and overhauled parts are supplied with a 6-month/300 hours (whichever comes first) guarantee. After 100 hours flight parts warranty may be pro-rated accordingly. Please see our warranty policy page to find out more details or contact us with any questions you may have.
